These terms govern your use of StoryKid. By creating or purchasing a book, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

What we provide

StoryKid generates personalized, bilingual children's books using artificial intelligence, available as a digital download and as printed books shipped to you.

AI-generated content

Stories and illustrations are created by AI and are unique to each book. AI can occasionally produce small imperfections (for example an odd detail in an illustration) or wording you would phrase differently. You can preview every page and regenerate illustrations before you buy, and you confirm you have reviewed and approved your book before checkout. Because each book is made to order and personalized, please review carefully before purchasing.

Your responsibilities

• You are a parent or guardian, or have permission to use the child's name and photo you provide.
• You will not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• The information you provide is accurate (especially shipping details for printed books).

Your book and rights

The finished personalized book we deliver is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may read, print for your family, and share it personally. You may not resell it or use our service to mass-produce books for commercial distribution.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Printed books include a shipping charge. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

StoryKid is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a book is limited to the amount you paid for that book. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
