Questions parents ask
How is my child's photo used?
Only to make the illustrations look like your child. The photo is used to generate the artwork for your book and is never sold or shared with anyone. It is optional, and you can create a book without one.
What languages are available?
Every book is bilingual: English alongside your choice of Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, Korean, or Japanese. More languages are on the way.
How long does delivery take?
Digital books are ready to download in minutes. Printed books are made to order and shipped to you, and usually arrive within about 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location.
Can family members or friends be included?
Yes! You can upload a family photo and name everyone in it — siblings, parents, grandparents, or friends — and they become named characters in the stories. There's also an option to add a second photo of supporting characters.
